Description
My leading insurance company are looking to bring on a Hard FM Specialist to manage the Hard FM and cleaning services contract.
Candidates must have:
- Strong procurement experience within financial services.
- Highly qualified FM professional with a background in FM consultancy and transformation.
- Proven history of transforming failing FM third-party service contracts, within a six to twelve-month period, in a corporate environments.
- Highly experienced in managing third party FM suppliers with deep industry knowledge and understanding of FM supply chains.
- Experience of working with FM reporting and Helpdesk systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strong technical individual with a background managing mechanical and engineering services.
