Marketing Events Specialist, contract for 12 months, London, up to £180/day!
My Client, world's best known leader in technology sector famous for its search engine along with other fantastic products, is looking for a Marketin Events Specialist!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the events calendar for EMEA.
- Participation at industry and company's hosted events
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that company's participation runs smoothly and effectively.
- Execute/support with the execution of highly effective events that communicate company's brand and thought leadership to developers.
- Oversee event internal and external communications: event website, emails, attendee management, etc.
- Oversee event logistics: design, production, AV, agency and supplier management where applicable, etc.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS Degree.
- 3 years of experience in a similar event management role.
- Strong project management experience.
- Exceptional budget management, organizational and follow-through skills.
- Experience delivering high production quality, high profile B2B events.
- Proficient in Google Docs.
- Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours.
- Other European languages are a plus.
