Reed Professional Services is currently recruiting for Strategy and Communications Specialist to join a large banking organisation. This will initially be a 3 month contract at a daily rate of £360. The ideal candidates will have contact centre experience and be business change focused.
Role Profile
This role will sit within the Digital and Open Banking team with client. Their focus is digital business delivery and engagement. The team is responsible for driving the strategy agenda for the Digital & Open Banking segment and to bridge the gap between the leadership and colleagues across the bank as well as improve and build the strategy for external branding
This team looks at the customer journey in detail to understand their market and how best to promote the products for their customers and colleagues.
Required Skills and Competencies
Essential:
Good knowledge of online and mobile business, digital, marketing and systems, and their impact on the customer activation & experience across channels
Strong experience of product marketing, including traditional and digital channels
Strong communications experience-needs to have worked in a communications role previously
Able to design and create strategy
An exceptionally strong creative eye with an ability to deliver compelling creative solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with senior and virtual executive level colleagues
Ability to make decisions following analysis, identifying and selecting the appropriate solution through the application of acquired knowledge and technical experience.
Experience in supporting change digital features and products through their life cycle from ideation to launch and on-going maintenance and support
Experience with Social Media and rebranding.
Ability to take on many projects/tasks and manage them effectively at the same time
Excellent organisational skills
Effective communicator.
Desirable:
- Previous experience from a fintech company would be ideal
- Experience of working in cross functional teams to meet operational requirements
- Experience of working in an innovation environment within financial services or another regulated industry
- Analytically minded with an ability to focus on detail whilst creating a wider more holistic story for senior stakeholder
