Release Management Coordinator

Allen Recruitment is currently assisting the largest Scandinavian financial group that is one of the fastest growing banks in Europe. Our client is building their IT hub in Poland to support Nordic regions.

Based in Gdynia, they are currently looking for a Release Management Coordinator with 3 years' experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. This is a 6-month flexible cooperation on a B2B basis and a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career in a super place to live with a low cost of living and larger take home pay.

Overview of the project:

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing a rollout strategy that maximizes employee adoption and usage and minimizes resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees working in projects. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes; in other words - more stable solutions for our customers.

  • Identify, plan for and manage anticipated resistance
  • Apply a structured methodology and drive change management activities
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach project managers, scrum leads, and SAFE Release Train Engineers
  • Track and report issues
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

The minimum requirements:

  • 3 years' experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • 2 years' experience working in agile setups
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and practices. eg ITIL Foundation certificate would be an advantage
