Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for a 6 Month Extendable contract requirement for our client based in Doha, Qatar.
Please note the requirement is requiring the successful candidate to work 6 Days per Week and 8 Hours per day.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 Years experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge in ERP Implementations, Support, Integration and Project Coordination
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles and nature of automated business information systems and process
- Knowledge and working understanding of this business, cultural and political enviornments
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Forms & Reports Development
- Minimum of 1 Full Life Cycle Implementation in Core HR & Payroll
- Should have hands on experience in modules - (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, iRecruitment & Performance Management)
- Knowledge of multiple business groups and multiple payrolls is compulsory
- Must have excellent command on Payroll Fast Formula
- Strong Experience in XML Publisher reports, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports, SQL Loader, SQL and PL/SQL
- Should independently be able to handle work related to Oracle HCM modules namely Diagnosis & Troubleshooting issues
- Create and manage Oracle Metalink Service Requests as and when necessary
- Must be able to effectively communicate with end users (over the phone, email & in person)
- Co-ordination with other teams such as Technical Consultants, DBA's, Helpdesk & Third Party Vendors
- Advance Knowledge of Client Server technology, RDBMS and ERP Systems
- Direct hands on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools and reporting software
- Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts
