Recruitment team support (1-2 years exp required)
My Financial client based in Farnborough are currently looking for an Recruitment Administrator to join their HR/Recruitment team on a contract basis for 6 months rolling.
They are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in recruitment either in house or external within a recruitment agency
Skills required:
- Scheduling multiple interviews in UK as well as EMEA and APAC
- Liaising directly with candidates and external agencies
- Scheduling agency on site meetings
- Assisting with onboarding process, including updating trackers, working with IT support, greeting new employee on day 1
- Managing Internal controls to ensure accuracy of internal Employee and Requisitions in Workday
- Driving reporting of Recruitment levels though excel, producing various metrics to support effectiveness of the team
- Manually handling GDPR notices and requirements to ensure we are compliant
