Description
I'm currently looking for a number of Application Developers for an institution based in Brussels.The contracts are expected to be long term and will start in the next 6-10 weeks.
Project tech stack will be;
JAVA EE, GIT, Maven, SOAP, UML, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Angular.
The requested expertise concerns the Back End, meaning everything related to the business logic, performance, security and persistence layers in Web applications.
The main tasks to be performed are the following:
- Develop REST APIs
- Analyse and implement new functionalities,
- Apply corrective maintenance to existing systems
- Deploy new releases in different environments
- Analyse, implement and maintain the database model
- Write tests
- Write technical documentation
- In order to execute the above mentioned tasks, the following expertise is required:
- Excellent knowledge of Java/JEE frameworks and build tools (Spring, Maven, etc.)
- Good knowledge of modular architectures
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of TDD (Tests Driven Development)
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
- Good writing skills
- Knowledge of Front End technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, npm, ngrx, etc.) is an asset.
