Description
My client are a global manufacturing organisation who are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join their team at Atherstone site.
This exciting role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to support capital projects with varying values ($5k - $500k) - Projects are typically manufacturing/automation process technology biased.
Typical activities:
*Hands-on support of manufacturing process equipment and facility - Installation, commissioning and testing (Site and Factory Acceptance).
*Vendor selection and qualification - request for information/quotation, ensuring costs are managed within budget.
*Lead small projects from concept through to completion, delivery on time and with budget.
*Produce project plans and project budgets when relevant
Essential criteria:
*Hands-on electrical process equipment experience to assist with on-site project construction, installation, commissioning and testing
*Experience in delivering projects that require process control system changes.
*Experience of Capital Projects in a manufacturing environment.
*Engineering related degree
