- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues
- Installing Client approved software
- Isolating network issues
- Isolating or resolving Client supported printer and multi-function device issues
- Providing onsite software troubleshooting and support
- Providing software troubleshooting and support remotely using support tools and processes
- Troubleshooting mobile device issues
- Troubleshooting remote access issues
- Ticket follow-up
- Escalating Tickets that cannot be resolved to the appropriate client or third-party support group for resolution
- Conduct spare part and loaner pool management
- Hands and Eyes Activities
- Infrastructure Local Data Rooms activities
- Network and telecommunication activities
Install/Move/Add/Change/(IMACD) Support Services are comprised of the following:
- Cascading PCs
- Configuring and deploying telephones
- Configuring PCs post-image
- Deploying IT equipment
- Imaging and staging PCs or mobile devices
- Managing the equipment inventory following a Client approved process
- Managing the equipment life cycle
- Migrating End User data following Client's process
- Moving IT equipment
- Removing or disposing of IT equipment following a Client-approved process
