Description
Being a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) means working on the cutting edge of IT support; working with people creating the products and visiting large enterprise customers that use them.
As primary responsibility, PFE's will help our customers use the technology effectively, which requires knowing the products inside out from the technical perspective as well as understanding the business impact they might have in different industries. You will work in a technically and organizationally challenging environments always with highest requirements for quality all of which fully justifies the title of Premier Field Engineer.
Required Qualifications per technology:
Azure IaaS
- 3+ years' experience in systems development, network operations, software support, IT consulting
- Windows Architecture (server and client)
- Windows performance & memory troubleshooting
- Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc
- Microsoft Deployment Technologies (MDT/WDS)
- Good understanding of ITIL/service management
- Strong customer facing experience skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
Identity
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)/Forefront Identity Manager (FIM)
- Group Policy - Implementation, Design and Troubleshooting
- Hybrid Identity
- Writes high quality concepts, runs technical workshops
Windows 10 & Enterprise Mobility
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, in enterprise environments
- Excellent technical, design, implementation and problem-solving skills for Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility
