A global Investment Bank are currently seeking a number of Recruiters to join their permanent recruitment function, focussing on the Front Office and Markets businesses. The role requires extensive previous recruitment experience onsite at a similar organisation, ideally focussing on permanent roles. The role will require hands-on recruitment experience, alongside managing agencies.
£250 - £350 per day - 6 Month Rolling Contract
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience of recruitment in the financial services industry desirable
- Extensive experience in recruiting and/or recruiting management
- Must have strong knowledge of compensation structures
- Familiarity with both search and direct hiring
- Proven ability to source talent directly through social media channels and other networking activities
- Possesses advanced core recruiting and leadership skills
- Strong identification and assessment skills
- Has expert level understanding of compensation
