I'm looking for profiles of candidates who can carry out a 'Procurement Consultant' role at my client for 6-12 months.

Initially the role will be working with Claims, but my client would also like them to help out on the Finance and IT workstreams at a later point.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with all internal stakeholders to collate key business requirements regarding external suppliers
- To review and update all existing terms of engagement - including creating new claims adjusters' terms of engagement
- To review, update and finalise our supplier panel for both delegated and non-delegated business
- Negotiate competitive supplier rates ensuring all appropriate leverage applied
- Produce an internal Supplier panel policy detailing all processes and procedures that need to be followed by our suppliers
- To be able to define "what good looks like" in terms of oversight and performance of external suppliers
- To deliver a joined up Global supplier strategy

My client would be more comfortable if the person had London Market experience, mainly due to the heavy Claims aspect, but also because they could bring with them some experience of dealing with suppliers across the market (Tech/Finance also).
