SuccessFactors HCM Consultant
Location: Poland, Warsaw (or remote working)

A. Position Summary:
Our worldwide client is in the midst of transforming its global HCM system landscape from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors, including the implementation of Employee Central, Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time Management, and Learning. The HCM Systems Consultant will be a member of the HCM Solutions team, which advises the implementation partner on this transformation, as well as supports the existing SAP HCM solution through the transition period. This position will act as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SuccessFactors implementation, participating in requirements workshops, advising on integration of SuccessFactors with SAP and other applications, and supporting system and user testing. At the same time, the consultant is also responsible for production support of SAP HCM projects, enhancements, incidents/issues, and inbound/outbound interfaces to systems outside of SAP. Interfaces include transfer of payroll data to external provider (ADP), as well as upload of results back into SAP. Support involves documentation of general design, system configuration, and test execution in SAP HCM.
B. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in workshops with HR and IT to plan and design new HCM solutions in SuccessFactors.
- Assist in the implementation of an HR mini-master to facilitate HR data flow from SuccessFactors to SAP HCM, in support of Discovery's other existing SAP solutions related to finance and GRC.
- Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP PA/OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS or other HCM component.
- Coordinate and maintain HCM configuration in SAP related to break fixes and enhancements.
- Research issues related to HCM application and provide solutions.
- Write functional specifications for production fixes and enhancements.
- Coordinate end to end testing of fixes/enhancement - unit, integration and user acceptance.
- Communicate and collaborate with others (eg, managers, analysts, designers, developers, operations, QA/testing team, help desk, vendors, etc.) to coordinate completion of production support.
