Project Manager Scrum Master: Rapid Innovation LAB, Part Remote
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Prague is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to work partly onsite in the Shared Service Centre in Prague. The successful candidate will act as a Scrum Master and Project Manager for Rapid Innovation LAB/Rapid Action teams. He/she is responsible for facilitating team agile rituals (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews (demo + retrospective).
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated environment
- Ability to lead large sized or multiple smaller and highly complex projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in international environment
