Description
My client is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to provide onsite support for up to 150 users at a customer site based on the beautiful island of Guernsey.
This 1st/2nd line role will solely be office based and is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge whilst providing great customer service along the way.
Some of the Day to Day responsibilities include;
- Answering and managing calls
- Emails
- PC Builds
- Managing the Ticketing Systems
Technical Skills required;
- Windows 7/8/10
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Office 365
- Networking (Desirable)
- Windows Server (Desirable)
This 1st/2nd line Support Engineer contract role is on an initial 12-month basis but has the potentially to be extended for longer.
