HR Communications and Engagement Specialist - Flexible Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Internal HR Communications and Engagement Specialist (Contract) to work for one of the UK's leading banks in London.
This role will offer the potential of a long term contract and an excellent working environment, including the ability to work from home.
This role sits within a team of multi-skilled colleagues who are able to offer training and experience in scrum.
You'll be the key liaison point to align on content & approach, and ensuring the right thing, in the right sequence to the right audience at the right time
Essentials skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working as a HR Communications and Engagement Change Specialist (3 years +)
- Change Management experience along with working knowledge of Financial Services/Banking
- Multi-task, solve problem at speed and deliver effective communications in a fast moving environment.
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working on an Agile programme is highly desirable.
London based - £400 per day
