ABOUT THE POSITION
To support the UK regions continued growth, client is committed to the success of its sales force by providing world class enablement. Aligning closely with both global and regional stakeholders, the UKI enablement team acts as a key support team for to the UKI Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) and the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) sales teams, delivering enablement in line with the region's growth goals. This role supports the two senior enablement managers in the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Drive Relationship Management & Stakeholder Alignment programs across the geo
o Use exceptional relationship management skills with sales stakeholders in the Enterprise and Commercial sales teams to understand and align with their needs, business challenges and Enablement's global priorities.
o Quickly build relationships and partner with the local and global Enablement team to shape the current and future enablement offerings and meet the needs of EBU and CBU
o Serve as a feedback mechanism from the field back to various groups within Sales Enablement on the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
o Drive program execution for new and existing programs across complex teams.
o Learn to deliver and drive world class onboarding across multiple teams and across large numbers of new hires.
