Insurance Premium Technician - City of London
My client is a world leading Insurance Business based in the City of London.
They are looking to appoint a Premium Technician on an initial 12 month contract.
You will be joining my client's operations team which is currently made up of 12 members.
Day to day duties
- Varied or wide Class of Business knowledge preferred including Cargo, but not essential
- Class of Business - knowledge of this useful.
- Data Entry into Enterprise Risk system
- Checking transactions are correct
- Submitting LPANS to Xchanging
- Their team does more of a broker role
- Broker leger reconciliation, looking at ledgers and comparing to brokers - reconcile differences
Essential Skills/Experience
- Experience working in a brokers
- Cargo knowledge
- Transaction Data Entry
- Need to hit the ground running
- A few years of experience in the insurance industry

- Somebody that is happy to be kept busy
- Lots of work to do
- Switch tasks, be flexible, not married to a particular task - prioritising, flexible to change tasks
