Description
I am currently looking for a Communications Manager to join a financial services business and be based in central London. The right candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of communications for a large-scale HR transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the communications strategy and plan
- Manage the delivery of engaging and informative internal communications
- Support employee engagement activity
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme
Essential skills:
- Experience of managing colleague communications for change programmes
- Experience of working in change or transformation environments
- Knowledge of Jive or Workday would be highly advantageous
- A background in developing and implementing communications strategies
- Experience of delivering engaging colleague communications
- HR programme experience would be highly beneficial
- Financial services experience is desirable
