Job Title: UCCaaS Project Manager

Job Location: Prague

Job Description:

Serve as a Project Manager within the Telecommunication Professional Services Advanced Communications organization and to its key clients. To manage complex customer projects in such a way that each project is accomplished to the satisfaction of the customer's Statement of Work, on schedule, quality assured and within budget.

To ensure that customer projects are planned, coordinated and communicated in a professional manner, keeping customer stakeholders regularly informed of progress, and ensuring that all stakeholder expectations are managed and that customer committed dates are consistently met.

To have experience of managing the implementation of Cisco centric Unified Communications & Collaboration technologies to enterprise clients in the global theatre including VOIP/IP Telephony, CUCM and associated technologies.

This role will be primarily focused on delivering our flagship UCCaaS (Unified Communication & Collaboration as a Service) product to the customer across its globally distributed locations.

Functional Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the on-time, on-budget, high quality deliverables of large scale Unified Communications and IT infrastructure transformational projects for F500 customers

Consistently represent self as the delivery leader

  • Responsible for overall success of the projects including fulfillment of the client business and technical requirements and adherence to the approved project scope and budget
  • Consistently execute according to the Telecommunication Delivery Methods centered on the PMI/Prince2 deliverymodel
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders consistently demonstrating knowledge of the client business/industry and knowledge of Telecommunication's Professional Services offering
  • Demonstrate clear and consistent ownership and accountability for the delivery of the projects as represented in the Statement of Work's, including, but not limited to:
  • o requirements and scope validation
  • o project schedule development, management and tracking
  • o resource management and time tracking
  • o project financial management and tracking
  • project risk management
  • project issue management
  • project communication/reporting management
  • Assume responsibility for overall success of a client project overseeing adherence to the approved project scope and budget Management of third party vendors, Telecommunication engineers and consultants where engaged on owned programmes/projects
  • Provide leadership to the project teams
  • Work with other Telecommunication Project Management organizations to achieve the business outcome
  • Work with Sales Leadership to identify further opportunities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER)

Bachelors Degree

  • Unified Communications implementation experience - Primary experience in Cisco centric Unified Communications to include IP Telephony
  • Demonstrable knowledge & experience of Cisco CUCM and VOIP application deployment to the enterprise and ideally globally
  • Infrastructure implementation experience
  • At least 5 years of recent project management experience at a senior level with most recent years focused on large network infrastructure implementation projects
  • In-depth understanding of project management processes and principles
  • Ability manage diverse consulting engagements
  • Ability to multi-task and be aware of several simultaneous work streams
  • Project team management experience
  • Able to host and facilitate meetings attended by clients, stakeholders and Telecommunication representatives
  • Must possess good presentation and communications skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form to multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong communication skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form
  • Ability to manage competing and conflicting priorities
  • Experience of managing remote resources across multiple business and technical silos
  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Expert knowledge of the English language - including grammar, verbiage and spelling
  • Ability to travel as necessary

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/COMMENTS

  • Project Management Certification required
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification, preferred. If without, must be willing to obtain within first year of employment.
