On behalf of our client an international finance institute located in Luxembourg, we are looking for external support with skills and abilities as stated below.

The Eurobonds Business line manages the company's portfolio of core products and services for Eurobonds during their entire life cycle, defining pricing structures, service features and distribution strategies to drive & respond to clients' needs and market evolution.
The activities within the department cover 4 dimensions: Strategy & Business Development, Product Development, Network Management and Global Standards Management.
Within the Global Standards Management team, you will contribute to the development and establishment of the ISO 20022 strategy and project, enclosing business and connectivity aspects for the adoption of the new ISO formats.
A unique blend of business and technical expertise is required, focusing primarily on existing ISO and future 20022 formats, in combination with expertise in asset servicing (settlement) and payment domains.
The interaction with internal business and IT stakeholders will require strong communication and collaboration skills, and the capacity to quickly transpose mandatory changes from external stakeholders into the strategy/project
Tasks/responsibilities
You will contribute to the definition and development of the ISO 20022 adoption strategy, which will include:
Analysis of the external factors driving the mandatory adoption of the new ISO formats
Consultation of impacted internal stakeholders
Definition and documentation of company strategy for the adoption of the new ISO format
Support the project definition through the delivery of impact analysis from a business and technical point of view
Possible interaction with external industry groups involved in ECB's SRDII and CMH-TF initiatives
Qualifications/required skills
Experience with Financial Market Infrastructures, with the following skills:
Proficient in ISO formats ) across payments and asset services domains
Expertise in asset servicing and T2/T2S settlement
Knowledge of SRDII, ECMS, and Target service initiatives is an asset
Proficient in verbal and written form in English
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to understand and document both high-level and detailed documentation
Ability to work and build knowledge independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to support situations where problem solving and/or negotiation is required
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: 1st February 2019
- Estimated Duration: 4 month contract (extendable for add. 3 months)
- Location: Luxembourg
