Infrastructure Architect Virtualisation & Backup

12 Month Contract Role
The following resource will be required for an initial period of one year, estimated at 230 working days.
The requirements for this resource are as follows:
Responsible for defining the high level infrastructure architecture. Responsible for defining the high level operational architecture. Providing technical requirements for RFQ documents. Participating in vendor led workshops. Provide governance to vendors ensuring alignment to company standards. Quality assurance certifying that environments have been built in line with architecture documentation. Design and implementation of Microsoft Active Directory, Domain Name Resolution, and Certificate Authority. Design and implementation of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager. Design and implementation of a Commvault environment for backup services. Operational acceptance testing. Other related infrastructure activities as directed.Relevant Experience
The resource must have the following:
Current VMware datacentre virtualisation certification - VCP6-DCV. Extensive Commvault experience, at least five years. At least three years experience working in utilities.
