Description
Your goal in this position is to contribute to the development, improvement, simplification and governance of the companies IT landscape. Taking overall business and IT objectives into account, acts as the advisor to the business and IT community and external suppliers on solutions and trends.
Your main responsibilities are:
Able to set direction and advance the product architect community within a portfolio
Signals and acts upon opportunities to improve product/domain or enterprise architecture models
Being an active member/thought leader in portfolio & architecture community
Advises for solution life cycle management for specific technology product(s)
Drives the roadmap on Technology and Data for specific product(s)
Signals or creates new opportunities for innovation based on in-depth knowledge or market trends
Able to understand, foresee and translate the functional and OpCo strategies into technology and data strategies
Bring in an outside-in view of industry and market trends that have impact on the Business or IT organization and acts upon these
Creates and drives the strategic options for technology & data
Works with senior stakeholders in business functions and internal IT stakeholders to ensure practicality of technology and data strategy.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or other relevant education
5 - 10 years' work experience in a similar role and within a complex IT environment (preferable FMCG)
Experience in and knowledge of portfolio tooling and portfolio reporting, eg CLARITY
Experience with Programme- and Project Management
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Be persuasive and influential in the advising process
Sound understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives
Strong financial management skills and business acumen
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
