Service Delivery Coordinator - 6-months
The JM Group is working with a leading IT services provider and is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator on a contract basis in Mons, Belgium, paying up to €440 per day.
The Service Delivery Coordinator should have:
* Experience of IT Service Management.
* Must be security cleared.
* Experience of IT Service Delivery.
* Experience in Root Cause Analysis preparation.
* Experience with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, and MS SharePoint.
* Diploma of secondary education or equivalent.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
