ConSol Partners' client a leading consulting firm which specialises in BI and Data Analytics. They are currently assisting on a number of high-profile projects within the public sector in Belgium, and require an extra resource to join them as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Data Engineer for our client, you will work onsite as part of a team consisting primarily of Data Modellers, working in a hands-on capacity on the build/maintenance of a new Data Lake. This position involves dealing with a very large volume of both structured and unstructured data, so is an excellent opportunity to get your handS dirty', making a huge impact on a critical programme.
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have the following
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of Spark, plus familiarity with Python or R would be a plus
- Experience in the Hadoop ecosystem
- Advance understanding of data lakes
- Fluency in English, and either French or Dutch
