Contract term: 11 Months

Location : Prague, Czech Republic

Description:

Serve as a Project Analyst (Coordinator) within the Telecommunication Professional Services

Advanced Communications organization and to its key clients. To provide project management/project office support to the Delivery teams delivering a complex customer project in such a way that the Programme is accomplished to the satisfaction of the customer's Statement of Work, on schedule, quality assured and within budget.

The Project Analyst - Technical Service Delivery Consultant performs a hybrid function which includes solution development, third party coordination (from opportunity identification through solution integration and co-delivery) and direct consulting delivery of Telecommunication Professional Services. The Delivery Consultant has project-level Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability to ensure services are properly built, priced and delivered.

The Project Analyst (Coordinator) also has overall customer satisfaction accountability, including any third party component included in delivery.

The Project Analyst (Coordinator) will have a flexible and dynamic approach and will be highly organized, positive and proactive; able to juggle different demands and meet deadlines with good attention to detail.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • You will play a key role in supporting the Project Managers within a programme of multiple projects for their high profile customers
  • Fulfillment of the client business requirements and adherence to the approved project scope and budget.
  • Consistently execute according to the Telecommunication Delivery Methods centered on the Telecommunication product and project management delivery models.
  • Develop strong professional relationship with Telecommunication internal stakeholder(s)
  • Develop knowledge of Telecommunication's Professional Services offerings
  • Demonstrate clear and consistent ownership and accountability for the delivery of Telecommunication Professional Services
  • Able to ensure high quality deliverables referenced in the project schedule, maintaining
  • adherence to delivery best practices Consistently exhibit a professional demeanor
  • Support the project managers to ensure work is delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, engineers, the customer and third party vendors.
  • Take a lead on handling any project related administration including:
  • Attend On-site & Customer meetings (where appropropriate)
  • Supporting the Programme team in programme and project tracking

  • Actions Register
  • Change Log

Maintenance of Supporting Corporate Applications:

  • Oceans
  • nSAP
  • Clarity
  • Supporting the Programme and Project Managers in the maintenance of the Project Schedules and Plans
  • Project Status Reporting Time and Cost Tracking for the Project Managers and Programme team
  • Assisting project managers in being a point of contact for any queries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Work with other Project Managers and teams, either remote or in-person

Minimum Qualifications (in no particular order):

  • As Project Coordinator your skills will include:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team.
  • Confident in liaising with multiple partners, including stakeholders and senior project management.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Previous exposure to project delivery in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of IT and ability to competently use Microsoft Office applications including Powerpoint, Excel, Word and MS Project
  • 0-3 years' experience in an IT and/or Telecommunications project management or service delivery environment desired.
  • A Unified Communications and Cloud services background would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of project management processes and principles and or a significant interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of project management and service delivery.
  • Strong organization skills with ability to store and recall large volumes of information.
  • Ability to multi-task and be aware of several simultaneous work streams
  • Experience of managing remote resources across multiple business and technical silos
  • Strong communication skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form
  • Must possess good presentation and communications skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form to multiple levels of an organization
  • Able to host and facilitate meetings attended by client peers and managers.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Experienced and able to work in dynamic and fast-paced stressful environments.
  • Able to work independently with direction.
  • As needed, ability to work unsocial hours to include nights and weekends as a project requires.
  • Ability to travel as necessary (10-30%)
  • Expert knowledge of the English language - including grammar, verbiage and spelling.

Additional Qualifications/Comments:

Desire/willingness to pursue and obtain the following certifications within the first year of employment:

  • Project Management Certification, ideally Prince2 Foundation
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
