Our client is seeking a Sr Virtualization/Storage Engineer
JOB PURPOSE:
Acquire a senior level engineer with a very high level of VMware/Operating Systems/Storage expertise. We would look to acquire someone with the following skills:
- VMware ESXi 5.5 and above in a highly secure environment
- vSphere 6.x
- Migrations from ESXi 5.5 to 6.x
- Expertise with VMWare tools and utilities
- Expertise with VMWare Security and Compliance
- Familiarity with Desktop Virtualization technologies
- Storage Area Network (SAN) management specifically with Dell Compellant and IBM Systems
- Redhat Linux Technology
- Knowledge of Cloud Systems such as AWS and/or Azure
- VMWare Maintenance
- Disaster Recovery Technologies
- Windows and Linux patching technologies
- Windows Server Server Technology
- Active Directory
