CRM CONSULTANT/DYNAMICS 365 Support Engineer/CRM DYNAMICS CONSULTANT/MS DYNAMICS Support Engineer
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 2 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment of CRM Systems
- At least 1 years of experience support & administration of Dynamics 365 CRM online
- Strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
- Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
SKILLS
- Experience in Dynamics CRM Implementation including Development, support, system testing and end user training
- Experience in Dynamics 365 PSA, Field Service, Outlook Integrations, Upgrade a plus.
- Experience in web application development a plus - .NET & Azure stack
- Planning and Prioritization skills
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
