Templeton and Partners are currently seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist that can fullfill the change projects for one of the largest energy supplying companies in The Netherlands.

A Change Management specialist to support the change implementation of this project.
They will own the development of the change plan, manage implementation, track progress,
deliver training, facilitate meetings, report on key metrics, and work with teams on their pilot projects.
The person will capture learnings from the Thriving in Change implementation and work on improving the toolkit.
The person will also be responsible for conceptualising and directing (if needed) the development of a web-based solution for the toolkit.
The person in role will a change management specialist who has experience in implementing various types of change in large and complex organisations
The contract support we are looking for is for around six months. If we can get them on board by end January - we would need you till about end June with the possibilities of extension of 3 months or more for some of them if needed
Must Have:
Only English resume
Experience as a Changemanager in a global setting
Experience with Energy/Gas/Oil/companies a plus
