Templeton and Partners are currently seeking an experienced IT interim Change Consultant that can fullfill the change projects for one of the largest energy supplying companies in The Netherlands.

PURPOSE & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Purpose:

To drive and support the business change activities required to underpin client's IT simplification agenda. Client is focused on aligning and simplifying IT systems to increase customer satisfaction and business value which will drive significant and ongoing change in all parts of the business, supporting the business' growth agenda. Client is building an inhouse IT Transformational Change Capability that
will partner closely with each area of the business to drive and embed IT change. This role, reporting to a Transformational Change Manager, will reside within the Group CIO function. The role is delivery focused and will lead IT-driven business change in a programme or project environment.

The primary purpose of the role is to:

o Work on one or multiple change programmes, with oversight or leadership from a Transformational Change Manager
o Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives, usually in an Agile context
o Support the Transformational Change Managers to build the practice and drive improved ways of working
o Operate, with support where needed across change management, communications
o Work closely and collaboratively with other related departments, OD/OE, Internal Communications, Learning and Continuous Improvement, within Client's to deliver a comprehensive service to the business using agreed methodology
o Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain changeAccountabilities

Work on projects to:

o Execute the change management plan
o Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
o Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects
o Partner with other parts of the organisation (IC, OD, Learning) to deliver high quality change management interventions
o Work with colleagues to build the Transformational Change capability
o Develop agile mindsets and behaviours

Dimensions

Working knowledge of change management for IT solutions
Understanding of change management approaches
Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
Able to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change
Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
Excellent oral and written presentation skills
Demonstrated evidence of RDS core values and D&I behaviours will be considered during the selection process

The first resource is for MI4PT - Unstructured Data migration

Interim Business Change Consultant - Job Grade 4
Experience with system and process implementations
Contract until December 31st 2019
5 days a week,
To start 18th Feb 2019 (to allow for handover)

The second resource is for the MI4PT - MultiFile Document set project. This is a new resource.
The new resource will focus on the execution of the change plan/business readiness execution (stakeholder engagements and stakeholder management, training, communications and deployment activities).
