Description
Our client, global business services firm, are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them for a 12-month period following a successful period of growth.
This role will support its Senior Leaders with the delivery of the banks people agenda. In addition, it will also lead on all key HR activity and contribute to the wider BP and HR team initiatives and activities.
Duties are not limited to but will include:
* Collaboration with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver the strategic people plan.
* Liaison with wider business areas in relation to the said strategic plan to ensure it is Embedded.
* Managing key HR projects, as they arise, alongside senior stakeholders in HR.
* Working closely with the Change Team to support them on any key Bank transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a true strategic Senior HR Business Partner, be pragmatic, well-organised and be able to work under pressure and operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You will be able to demonstrate your capability to manage multiple high-profile projects at any one time and have excellent stakeholder skills.
