SAP Solution Architect - PART TIME (20/HR a week!)
We are looking for a part-time Senior SAP Solution Architect to join a dynamic organization!
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-time SAP Solution Architect to join a high priority initiative with a stable company in Atlanta, GA. Once hired you will help architect, design, and support SAP Solutions within the HR/payroll function. To be successful in this role you must have experience with SAP Success Factors, HCM suite. You will translate business goals into solutions and will consult with internal customers on process improvements and solution design. This is a techno functional role working closely with SAP.
This is a 12 month+ part-time contract with option to extend longer term located in Midtown! Estimated 80/hrs a month. Excellent opportunity for a long term, stable contract.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

10 plus years of experience in IT analyst or consulting position with knowledge and experience relating business requirements.

8 plus years of hands on experience working with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors in business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery (configuration
and custom development). Experience with SAP Business Suite on HANA is a plus. -
At least 2 successful implementations of ESS, MSS, and HR Admin including integration with SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, CPM, Comp and LMS.

Experience with SAP Sync Tool is a must.

Focus will be SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with a strong understanding of ECC.

Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams.

Proven leadership in managing, governing and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants and vendors through various initiatives.
