Description
Mandatory skills:The overall experience of 12 to 15 years out of which minimum of 8 to 10 years of MES experience preferably in Pharma domain
Good understanding of Pharma compliance processes (GMP, GxP, CFR Part 11 etc.,)
Good hands-on technical experience on MES system right from solution blueprinting, requirements gathering, design till deployment.
Preferable to have experience on POMSNet MES
Experience working on Complex Manufacturing Execution System developments/deployments
Experience working with MES interfaces with Level 2 (PLC, SCADA etc..) and Level 4 (ERP..) using various integration middleware (TIBCO, File Share and MII)
Participate in the MOM Mapping process, review and approve ToBe Process map.
Review the ToBe Process requirement and establish suitable deployment architecture
Preferred Skills:
Coordinate design of integration between L2-L3-L4 using appropriate integration middleware
Experience with operational manufacturing systems: ERP, SCM, PLM and ISA-95 systems: MES, SCADA, PLC, Historian, etc
Working knowledge of how industry standards influence solution direction, capabilities, and compliance,
Identifying, designing and successfully executing on a solution
