Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area
- Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2016
- Microsoft SharePoint Services/Portal
- Server
- Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016
- Powershell
- Active Directory - System administration
Description of work:
- Providing technical support for the SharePoint environments; including assessment and implementation of new capabilities, and providing Information Technology with a long-term perspective on the relationship of SharePoint technology to the business opportunities facing the company.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory
- Creating Powershell scripts to administer Microsoft Sharepoint server, SQL server
- Create and manage Microsoft SQL maintenance plans
- Create and manage Microsoft SQL Always-on clusters
- Support Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2016
- Manage system security, system patching and upgrades
- Deploy custom developed and third-party
- SharePoint solution packages
- Configure SharePoint services and settings
- Document SharePoint configuration and architecture
- Manage site quotas and file size limits
- Review and monitoring usage reports
- Manage content databases and creating new ones as required
- Administer and maintain sites and sub-sites
- Manage security for sites and sub-sites
- Manage the site layout structure and content
- Provide SharePoint support to other teams
