Deskside Support
Deskside Support urgently required for interesting contract in Stockholm, Sweden
6 month rolling contract based in Stockholm, Sweden
The Deskside Support will be Responsible for the following:
* Working for establishing of hardware exchange with the Users which includes process for New Machine unboxing and old machine boxing and transfer to Local site Storage.
* Responsible for working with the technical team to create the overall Migration process related to the user experience including the User guides and FAQs
* Coordination with the Local Site IT Managers/SPOCs for Logistic management which includes receiving new Hardware, hardware storekeeping, old hardware disposal.
* Coordination with the Floorwalkers for Daily Progress tracker and building reports
The Deskside Support will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Technical knowledge of Windows 10 build SOPs for on call support to Build Engineers.
* Technical Knowledge of Windows 10 for on call support to Technical Floor Walkers at all locations.
* Technical knowledge of the Application Management and User Data Management with technologies like SCCM, 1E Nomad, MDT etc.
* Technical knowledge of the background process involved in the imaging including PXE Infrastructure, Port requirement, IP forwarding, etc.
* Technical knowledge of automation skills like hands on of PowerShell, script, etc
