A top tier payments company is looking for a Events Specialist to join their team for a 9-month period.
Role Description:
My Client is seeking an events specialist to provide cover for the job holder who is on a year's internal secondment. The role will report to the Communications Director
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end process for PayPal's UK events programme for all B2B UK events.
Identify and implement event opportunities to defend our core business and grow in key strategic verticals.
Act as the primary point of contact both internally and externally for UK B2B events. Build a good working relationship with all key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Create and confirm an annual events calendar for all UK B2B events that fits within the given events budget and with our business goals and key initiatives.
Ensure all confirmed events are delivered as agreed in a compliant and efficient way, using internal procedures and systems efficiently.
Work effectively with teams within the business such as legal, finance, PR and Marketing in the process of delivering events to ensure internal systems and processes are adhered to.

A degree or equivalent required.
2-3 + years relevant experience.
