Activity description:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure related to a service
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Skills:
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
Active Directory
Certificate management
Windows Patch management (SCCM)
LDAP knowhow Authentication strategies (eg Smartcard)
CITRIX
Experience or certifications in Virtualisation Technologies (either VMWare or Citrix or Microsoft)
SCOM
Knowledge of Mc Afee antivirus solutions and Linux systems are a plus
Software distribution tools SCCM
Experience with Packaging/Scripting Technologies & Tools (MSI, Wise PackageStudio, InstallShield, Winbatch, Windows Scripting,)
Sripting languages (Powershell;VBScript;Winbatch and/or others), packaging tools
Good planning and organizing skills
Excellent Problem solving skills
Capable of handling multiple project assignments independently
Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
Being a security-minded individual and able to responsibly use administrative access
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale. Open to cultural differences
Excellent written and communication skills, business fluent English is mandatory. Dutch, French, German are a plus
Good and widespread technical background (Network, System, Database) is an advantage
