Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of general IT technology including Linux, Windows, Web Technology, JAVA, XML, XSLT
- Good knowledge of IBM BPM tools
- Able to make technical recommendations, deliver Middleware Integrated solutions
- Can-do mentality - Troubleshooting skills - Technical Insight
- Basic understanding of Project Phases & Project Methodology
- Experience in BPM tools is crucial.
Description of work:
- SUPPORT
Support WPS tool, support development and operational teams. Able to tune the platform BPM - DOCUMENT
Document, report, present the Middleware infrastructure. - PROJECTS
Leading technical projects (BPM Migration) - CONTACT
Maintain & manage contacts with the product vendors and follow up the vendor's support & delivery.
