Focused on achieving the customer's business vision, this role will orchestrate the transformation of prioritised requirements into sustainable and measurable business outcomes. An Engagement Leader applies journey-centric agile techniques to deliver rapid business value incrementally and iteratively. You will optimise all aspects of the software delivery life cycle to increase customer enablement, drive customer success and account radiation. You will also develop and leverage stakeholder partnerships to drive transparency, accountability and effective governance, while inspiring and cultivating high-performing teams to achieve maximum results. You will leverage your industry knowledge, Pegasystems product knowledge, project execution and leadership skills to facilitate cross-functional dependencies and guide the implementation team in producing revolutionary business solutions.In this role, you will:
- Deliver engagements to the agreed customer scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assist customers to achieve the expected business outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client on all aspects of Pegasystems' engagement, leading communication, establishing governance and providing thought leadership so that the best possible solution is implemented
- Drive account hygiene, including timely and accurate contractual documentation, Project Status Reports and Engagement Status Dashboards
- Advise on Pegasystems' delivery methodology and how this can be harmonised with a client's methodology
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Scrum approaches to delivery
- Foster collaborative teams, lead and coach staff toward efficient and effective behaviors and consulting excellence
- Work with Pegasystems Practice Leaders and Account Executives to define the client roadmap and success strategy

Qualifications will include:
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting and project management roles
- Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies; certification preferred
- Experience delivery complex, enterprise software, which includes mobility, case management, BPM and CRM solutions
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, but not required. MBA a plus, but not required
