We require a marketing manager, marketing support, communications strategy manager, product manager/consultant to assist with the following;
Module 1: Salesforce incentive program
- Define private bankers salesforce incentive program related to the clients prestige card go to market
Module 2: communication strategy
Propose client card launch communication approach:
- Key channels
- High level messages with clear call to action
- Preferred timing
Module 3: EMOB strategy
Propose an engagement plan to drive behaviour of new customers:
- Ensuring customer's understanding of product features and benefits, and reinforcing value proposition
- Facilitating intense card usage from the first days to create a pattern and desired behaviour
- Define organization, processes and KPIs to effectively and timely track EMOB portfolio behaviour
Module 4: Salesforce training
Organize and deliver a one day training event for the private banking salesforce, covering:
- Card value proposition
- Card go to market best practices
- Role plays
