Title: Project Manager
Location: Peapack, NJ
Duration: 8 Months Contract
Job Description:
- Coordinate overall project and task level activities related to GDSN across both US and GCC
- Maintain viable project plans, status reports, issues and risk lists, and leadership metrics in alignment with the Serialization program's standards.
- Through conversation and meetings, drive, monitor and report on milestones, forecast risk, and escalate concerns in all aspect of delivery
- Ensure proper alignment and deliverable reporting to key enterprise leaders escalating issues when required.
- Work across business teams, development teams, and the serialization program to insure project delivery per plan.
- Anticipate and properly escalate issues to leadership related to delivery milestones and project activity
- Collaborate successfully with other groups and program resources
- Publish routine metrics to leadership surrounding delivery and established plan
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of industry experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech
- Experience in a GMP environment with knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical Design/Build/Commission/Validate and Support processes
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Microsoft Project expertise
- Familiarity with ITIL Software Release Management Processes and Best Practices including planning, testing, and deployment
- Experience with software release deployment across validated and non-validated environments
- Proficiency with Word, Power Point, and Excel
