OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client is seeking a talented technician for a 6 month contract. This person will be working with the IT team to upgrade the current operating system.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is primarily working on an upgrade on a Windows 10 Migration.
KEYS
- The right person for this position will have experience with various Windows upgrades.
- Have strong people skills and ability to put proper priority to tasks
- 2+ years experience working with Windows
- Must be able to travel locally to different offices in the northern suburbs
EXPERIENCE
- Windows 10
- Hardware reimagine
- Data migration and troubleshooting
- Testing and cleaning PCs
- Set up and configure hardware and software
- Provide technical support post upgrade
ADDITIONAL
This position requires lifting (up to 50 lbs), moving equipment, bending and reaching during installation. This position is physical.
