Position Summary:
As an active member of the company's Professional Services team the Implementation Consultant plays a key role in the success of client implementations and deployments of the software package.
Implementation Consultants perform a wide variety of tasks including performing client workshops, business process/task/workflow analysis, creating user flow diagrams/documentation, mapping analysis results to configure into client's product offering, Scripting, user acceptance testing, training, project lead/management, complex technology/system consulting, and related project tasks.
In addition, the Consultant must have a passion for excellence, a team player, results driven, excellent English verbal/speaking skills, technical skills, past consulting/implementation experience, and is a consummate professional.
Implementation Consultant Position Responsibilities include:
- New product implementation or add-in implementation project
- Review the signed Statement of Work (SOW) and create implementation plans based on the SOW timelines, SOW information, client objectives, and services required.
- Participate in providing implementation and consulting services on-site and remotely (via WebEx's and video/audio conferences) with clients during a client project.
- Provide task and project communication to the client Project Lead/Project Manager of client projects.
- Perform occasional remote training and go-live assistance for client projects.
- Work on change orders or additional service requests from existing clients.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, initiatives, script development tasks, etc. at the same time and to comply with the deliverable deadlines for any/all of those projects and tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years as a technical consultant, or enterprise solution implementer with customer facing or equivalent experience.
- Strong consulting/professional services experience with enterprise software company or software/computer consulting experience.
- Business process, analysis and workflow experience.
- Excellent, demonstrable customer-facing experience working with clients; collaboration skills working with internal sales, project managers, software developers, trainers, etc.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), systems integration, data conversion & migration.
- SQL querying ability.
