Description
• Proven ability in PMO functions with strong planning and execution within a complex business environment• Experience in creating Annual/ quarterly/ monthly revenue forecasts and understanding in finance project profitability calculations and prepare account level profit analysis for steerco reports
• Experience of procurement projection & tracking to enable smooth invoicing process.
• Responsibility to prepare status report and coordinate with other stakeholders for project/program level monthly, quarterly and half-yearly governance meetings
• Support project functions to align as per contractual guidelines
• Experience in handling resource on-boarding, off-boarding & relocation processes
• Requisite skill in managing and maintaining project sharepoint sites that contains financial, contractual & knowledge documents
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. Monitor, control and support service delivery is desirable
