• Strong (15+ yrs.) Project Management• Experience in IT infra Industry standard project management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English.
• Effectively participate in a virtual, globally distributed team
• Strong interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness
• Strong Project Management/Co-ordination experience
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Able and willing to travel regionally and/or internationally
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements to appropriate technical streams
• Understanding and basic knowledge on Data center functionality and architecture, Network (data, security, telephony) domain
• Able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Ability to quickly cut through issues and choose best solutions and course of action.
• Ability to apply multiple technologies to business problems.
• Deep knowledge of project management, planning, and organization.
• Demonstrated project leadership ability.
• Knowledge or experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, configuration)
• ITIL V3 service transition certified (Preferred)
