We are currently recruiting for a Civil Work Supervisor, to join a challenging telecommunications project in the Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Manage subcontractors tasks for the FTTH network rollout.
Monitor subcontractors performance regarding documentation of plan dates and execution.
Perform regular meetings with subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the upcoming weeks and review past performance.
Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor.
Regular reporting’s to client and management of the project progress status.
Perform authorization requests and obtain the necessary documents for the implementation of projects.
Ability to read and execute site design drawing for FTTH network Fibre splice plans/subducting/Fibre DP placement.


Qualifications:

3+ years of Civil Work experience in the telecommunication Civil sector.
Great knowledge in team leading / supervising telecommunication projects.
Experience in rolling out and supervising FTTX projects a distinct advantage
Experience working on Telecom projects in Ireland or UK
Recent experience with ducting or subducting (preferably subducting)
Relevant working certification for Ireland (Safepass, SLG, LUGS, digging ticket, pole installation ,pole climbing, manual handling, MEWP ticket)
English conversational mandatory.
