Job description:• Research, implement and manage Pega to enable achievement of business objective
• Continuously evaluate Pega best practises and latest product versions to support and enhance Pega solutions
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements for Pega application
• Provide guidance to Pega application monitoring and performance teams
• Scoping, planning and estimating the technical delivery of Pega application
• You are responsible for installing the software packages within a very large international network.
• You provide support for the organisation with all kind of software related issues.
• You create and maintain all documentation related to Pega implementations
• Active participation in DCO
• Involve and coordinate with offshore associate in development task
Requirements:
• Certification from Pega – LSA
• Pega 7.x hands on
• Pega technical architecture knowledge
• Knowledge of Pega integration patterns
• Experience in scoping and estimating Pega implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal / external stake holders
• Able to lead and drive onsite and offshore teams
• Experience in agile (scrum) way of working
