Desirable Skills and Experience:• Candidates will be architecture specialists, but with broad practical experience in programme and service delivery
• Strong Security& Enterprise Architecture skills, including technical architecture and business architecture
• Has defined security strategy and transformation in any of their previous roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Significant experience in security solutions (such as SIEM, Analytics etc.)
• Has experience and familiar with agile design concepts
• Excellent team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Operations or Service Delivery experience
• Led product development and/or influenced vendor product or strategy
• Ideally has hands-on experience in either op, support or development role
• Ideally a mix of experience in clients and experience in vendor/service companies/consultancieDeep understanding of:
• Technology and operating methods across the full IT Security lifecycle
• Security technologies across multiple different technology platforms
• New generation technologies e.g. Advanced Threat detection, Digital Security, IoT/E, Security Automation, Cloud, Analytics
• Channel architecture and back end core architectures
• Integration architectures
• Infrastructure architecture
• Experience of large business-critical transaction processing systems
Experience & Likely Background / Current Roles with 10+ years in :
• Chief Architects / Heads of Architecture in large companies
• Senior Product Leads / Security Architects in vendor organizations
• Security Officers in medium-sized companies or start-up
• Practice heads in digital /next generation security architecture functions within consultancy/digital boutique firms
• Senior/lead developers with good security architectural thinking skills
