Description

Senior Network Telecom Engineer
French or Dutch Speaking + English

You are responsible for the design, installation and configuration of the network and global security infrastructure.

Your tasks :

Negotiation and coordination with external service providers for connectivity of the MPLS WAN regional network.
Management of the IP addressing scheme of the global network.
Lifecycle management & configuration of network components.
Planning & implementation of upgrades / improvements.
Proactive monitoring of the infrastructure.
Support service for regional IT services and IT colleagues of the client.
Redundancy development in all network structures.
Collaboration with Microsoft system engineers and delegation of tasks to ServiceDesk. You are resistant to stress and provide troubleshooting assistance for network problems.

You have knowledge of the following products:

Cisco routing/switching (ISR/Catalyst/Nexus)
Symantec (A)SG
Checkpoint
F5 loadbalancers
Nagios
Cisco Wireless
Pulse Secure
Linux/Unix
Cisco Email security
Cisco Voice sur systèmes IP
Microsoft Active Directory

Profile (knowledge and experience)

You have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science
You have team spirit
You are assertive
You have a sense of initiative
You can identify priorities.
You are flexible in managing the schedule, while remaining attentive to the agreed deadlines.
You are motivated
You are fluent in either Dutch or French and have knowledge of the other. A knowledge of English is recommended.
