NextLink is looking for a Scrum Master with Fluent English to work in Oslo, Norway for a contract position of 6 months + with a lot of possibility to be extended in a multinational client.
Must have:
Profile with overall experience 8 to 10 years.
4 - 6 years Scrum Master Experience
Scrum Master Certification is a plus
Support the product owner in more technical user stories experience
Banking industry experience is important.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitated client meetings/reviews, obtaining requirement feedback to develop the scope, product design, and functional specifications, and developed reports and oversaw the implementation.
· Analyze complex data to identify areas of improvement, reporting all internal audits and outcomes of quality assurance analysis
· Utilize Agile Scrum practices improving team delivery commitments and coordinated to provide high-level effort estimates for backlog items by incorporating capacity planning into sprint planning sessions
· Solely responsible for researching and conducting root cause analysis of all quality assurance problems/activities
· S Increased productivity, report performance and support reporting tools by creating PL/SQL functions using statistical evaluation data.
· Design and implement of training materials, enabling knowledge transfer across all teams and contributing to a sustainable and collaborative culture
